- Do not buy or eat anymore chips. Put a cap on daily sugar intake.
- Take no more than 4 cups of coffee daily.
- Do not speed more than 5 mph over the speed limit..
- Do not grab quick bites. Sit down for 15 minutes and have a meal.
- Work on the resume.
- Start networking.
- Work out at least 3 times a week . Don't make any excuses.
- Cook. Do not order pizzas. Stop eating out.
- Accept the facts of life and Move on.
- Under any circumstances (without exceptions) Do not loose temper.
- Do not answer phones , if you are in bad mood. Send a voice mail or quick note explaining instead.
- Complete watching Dr. Ca-pan's lecture videos (all of them).
